SHUKRI SHAMMAS - Chairman and Co-Founder
Prior to founding Mindshapes in late 2010, Shukri was co-founder, Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Playfish, a leading developer of social games, up to the company's acquisition by Electronic Arts in November 2009. Shukri holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the American College, London.

NINA PUSTILNIK - Joint Chief Executive Officer
Nina co-leads Mindshapes' commercial, strategic and product development. She also drives Mindshapes' key content and distribution partnerships with major media players. She has extensive entertainment industry and digital media experience, having led corporate and business development, and digital sales, licensing and investment teams at Warner Bros. and Sony Pictures. Most recently, she led digital media venture capital investments in the U.S. and Europe for Richmond Park Partners. She graduated from Columbia University with honors.

CHRIS MICHAELS - Joint Chief Executive Officer
Chris co-leads Mindshapes' commercial, strategic and product development. Chris leads the creative and content production teams at Mindshapes. With extensive experience in the digital publishing and licensing industries, Chris has been the Chief Marketing Officer of Mindshapes and was previously SVP, Publishing at family entertainment company Chorion. He also served as Digital Publisher at Harper Collins UK, and has a PHD in English Literature.

GEORGE TAYLOR - Chief Technology Officer
George leads the technology teams at Mindshapes. He has 25 years experience in both development and system operations roles in New Zealand, Australia, America and the UK. Prior to Mindshapes, George worked heavily in the mobile sector working on early innovations in mobile server technology, leading small development and operations teams to build robust scalable platforms from mobile content delivery to mobile marketing and advertising.

CHRISTIAN DORFFER - Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder
Christian runs innovation and education at Mindshapes. Christian has spent 15 years advising media and technology companies on business and product innovation, branding and marketing. He previously served as SVP in WPP running Millward Brown Optimor in Europe. Prior to this Christian led consultancy projects around the world for Prophet Brand Strategy, CVA and PwC. Christian holds a Master's degree in Economics from CBS and has completed post-graduate studies at Harvard University.

TAREQ NAQIB - Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder
Tareq leads the financial operations at Mindshapes. Prior to Mindshapes, he was Finance Director at Playfish up to the company's acquisiton by Electronic Arts in November 2009 and was instrumental in managing the subsequent integration of the business. Before Playfish, he was VP Finance (EMEA) at Glu Mobile following the company's merger with Macrospace where he served as Finance Director. Previously he worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at Bear Stearns after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen. Tareq holds a Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering from the University of Reading.

SAMI LABABIDI - Chief Ninja and Co-Founder
Prior to Mindshapes, Sami was co-founder and CTO of Playfish, a leader in social games which was acquired by Electronic Arts in 2009. Earlier in his career Sami was co-founder and CTO of Macrospace which merged with Sorrent in 2004 to become Glu Mobile, a global publisher of mobile games. Previously, Sami held key roles at Digital Mobility and Lehman Brothers. Sami holds a bachelor's of science in Computer Sciences from Imperial College London.

TAREK ABUZAYYAD - Board Member
Tarek has over 20 years' experience in M&A, private equity / venture capital and asset management for families and institutions. Tarek is currently a director of Lorne Stewart, Orient Real Estate, Milos, Mindshapes, Marilyn Models, SNS Holdings and Blossom M&C. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB Economics from Stanford University.

KEN LAMB - Board Member
Ken was formerly a senior corporate partner at Gibson Dunn and an investment banker heading up US technology M&A at CIBC World Markets. His clients included Amazon, Heineken, Intel, Doughty Hanson, Marvell Semiconductor and The Gores Group. Now as part of Initial Capital, Ken focuses on investing in early stage companies in the digital, social media, mobile and Internet areas. In addition to the Board of Mindshapes, he is also on the Boards or a Board observer for Supercell, Plyfe, Mapply, Nexmo, Space Ape and Sgrouples. He was also an early investor in and on the Advisory Board of Playfish, which was sold to Electronic Arts in 2009 for $400 million.
